Situated in the heart of Terathum district, amidst the intersections of Laligurash municipality dagapa-5 and sudaap vdc-3, our farm boasts ownership of this potential-rich expanse. Our project area benefits from a remarkable blend of accessibility, with 70% of the land surrounded by both motorable and off-road pathways, accompanied by a consistent supply of electricity and perennial water sources that facilitate efficient irrigation.
In recent years Government of Nepal has undertaken a numbers of agricultural development programs in this region. Therefore the area around here is famous for growing- Tea, Cardamom, coffee, Herbs, Avocado, kiwi. Orange and citrus family fruit, livestock, Rudraksha, Off- seasoned vegetable.
At our farm, we specialize in the production of several exceptional products that have gained recognition worldwide. One of our flagship offerings is our world-class black cardamom. The topography of the farm begins from 6000ft above the sea level and then slopes downward till 4000ft. facing south east and south. Soil as per the test reports indicates black loam, the middle subsoil is loam and the bottom is sandy clay. The PH range is 5 to 6.8. Rainfall varies from 1550mm to 2000mm per year. The rainfall occurs mainly in June, July and August.
